The dates for our next Alpaca festival on Algorithmic Patterns in the Creative Arts are now set for 6-9th May 2027, in Sheffield UK. Additional dates will be added for online activities, and if all goes well, events in other cities too!
The call for performances, workshops and conference talks is now open, until 1st November 2026 — please share your ideas! To give an idea of the breadth of pattern-based work we include, here’s a recap of last year’s festival (we’re on an 18 month rotation):
